The Friendliest Mall of All: Chapel Hill Mall Redevelopment
Chapel Hill Mall was a pillar of Akron retail from its opening in 1967 until stores began closing almost 50 years later. Industrial Commercial Properties (ICP) purchased the vacated property in early 2021 and has since been dedicated to its redevelopment. Join CREW Greater Akron’s Insider’s Tour of Chapel Hill Business Park where ICP will present on the past, present, and future of this nostalgic site while, followed by a tour of the facility in various stages of construction.
