Connect Over Coffee

What Opportunities Await?

When we look at the commercial real estate industry trends heading into 2023, we see growth in multi-family housing; growth in the demand for warehousing and industrial space; and growth in retail. But we also see empty office space, continued supply chain issues, high inflation, and rising interest rates. What does this all mean for our business opportunities? Do you have a strong pipeline heading into the new year? Does it match these trends? What is your outlook and how can we help each other? Connect with CREW Greater Akron to talk about what awaits us in 2023.

Cost:            FREE for CREW Members and Non-Members

Parking:       FREE on-site parking.
